The Ranch House has four bedrooms that will sleep up to sixteen between 3 queens and 5 full-sized bunks. Off the main patio area is a large cabin-like room that was originally a cattleman's cookhouse back when the ranch employed cowboys. The Cookhouse is the perfect room to lounge and play games or even used for a presentation or meeting. Outside, there is a courtyard area and patio with a gas barbeque, fire pit, chairs and picnic tables.

Restoration Oaks Ranch is located on almost 1,000 acres of Santa Ynez Valley Oak wilderness. They have miles of roads for mountain biking, walking, hiking or jogging, and even more miles of cattle trails for the more adventurous. Pop by the seasonal Blueberry Farm and U-Pick Stand, play for hours at their pro sized bocce ball court, set up badminton or volleyball nets on the huge lawn during the day, or enjoy spectacular stargazing at night. There’s SO much to do!

This getaway also includes a delicious Italian meal for 16 provided by Trattoria Uliveto! We will also fill your fridge with snacks and the staples for breakfast and lunch.
